 This amazing community run project has been more than 17 years in the making!

 

And so many people have given huge amounts of time and effort over the years. In particular, Anna Toons, Simon Gorman, Denise Parkinson, Dave Craig and Matt Hatter,

without whom the park would not be what it is today.

 

We also have to acknowledge all the local riders who ensure our park continues to be known as one of the friendliest and welcoming skateparks around. Many of the locals are also volunteers always ready to lend a hand and deserve a special mention here, including Joe Sutton, Alfie O’Rourke, Joel Taylor, Harry Wall, Daniel Stevenson, Adam Lockwood, Josh Franklin, Matty Morris, Huw Wheatman, Henry Matthews and many others.
